I’m seventeen years old and have been playing volleyball for 8 years now, 5 of those years at the elite/national level. Twice I have been to the Junior Nationals in the National and Open divisions.  And I have competed in 18 Open at AAUs for the past three years. Going on 6 years now, I have been traveling out of my area to participate on a club team. For the first 2 years we traveled 4+ hours round trip to San Diego and now we are commuting 3 hours round trip to participate on this team. I travel because I am dedicated to the sport and want to participate on a team that is playing at the highest level - so that I can improve my game and playing abilities.
 
I have been a 4-year, 6-rotation starting player for my high school varsity team.  The first year I was a setter and right-side hitter, and for the past three years as a setter running a 5-1. I was a co-captain for the team my junior year and was the sole captain this past year. For the fourth year I have been given the wonderful opportunity to be on 951 Elite 18-1 team and I am so thankful. I work hard every time I am in the gym and really love being a part of this team and club.
 
I am honored to have been offered and have accepted to play at Long Beach State in 2016 under coach Brian Gimmillaro.  I plan to study Kinesiology for my undergrad and continue on to Graduate school for Physical Therapy.     


When I'm not on the court or in the gym I enjoy doing volunteer work with National Charity League (NCL) as well as with my church. I also enjoying baking, nail art, going to the beach, playing beach volleyball and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
